Do you only clean offices, or homes too?
DynamiClean is strictly commercial. We clean offices and commercial spaces only — medical, dental, mental health, corporate and general office suites across Rochester Hills and Oakland County. We do not offer residential house cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Rochester Hills, Rochester, Troy, Shelby Township, Auburn Hills, Lake Orion, Clarkston, Fraser, Oakland Township, Macomb Township and the surrounding Oakland and Macomb County communities.
Do you clean during business hours?
No. DynamiClean cleans after hours only, so your staff, patients and clients are never disrupted. Your office is cleaned in the evening and ready before your team walks in the next morning.
How do I get a quote?
Use our photo quote form — snap a few pictures of your office and submit them through the site. In most cases we can return same-day pricing without needing an in-person walkthrough first.
Do you clean medical and dental offices?
Yes. Medical, dental and mental health offices are a core specialty. We clean after hours with respect for patient privacy and confidentiality, and follow careful, sanitary practices suited to healthcare environments.
Do you offer recurring contracts or one-time cleans?
Both. We handle recurring nightly, weekly and monthly janitorial contracts as well as one-time deep cleans and post-construction cleanup for offices and commercial properties.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We can. Most of our offices provide their own materials and we’re glad to use them, but if you’d rather not manage it, we can order and restock consumables like toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap so you’re never caught short.
